ALL ABOUT ADIPURUSH :

Adipurush is one of the most awaited Indian films of 2023. It is directed by Om Raut, who directed the film Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior starring Ajay Devgan. Adipurush is based on Om Raut's Indian mythological epic Ramayana which has been adapted for film and television several times in India. Along with Prabhas as Raghav, Kriti Sanon as Janaki and Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh, based on Ravana. Made in a huge budget of 400 crores, Adipurush is all set to release this year.

What is the meaning of Adipurush ?

Adipurush is made up of two words 'Adi' and 'Purush'. Adipurush is called the original man. The first man, the first link of a dynasty or empire is called Adipurush, from whom a dynasty begins. Its second meaning is also from God, because God is the creator of the whole creation and all the living beings are his children. Since Shriram was an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, this could also be the reason for keeping the title of the film Adipurush.

In Ramayana, Ram has been described as Maryadapurushottam.

So far, the Shri Ram whom we have heard or seen in the Ramayana has been shown as Maryadapurushottam, which means one who lives within his limits and the best of men (Shri Ram). Shriram is seen as an ideal man, Shriram ji has been called the best among men. But, the warrior side of Ram ji is depicted in the film. The film's Om Rout says that it was impossible to depict the entire Ramayana in the film in 3 hours, that's why only the incident from Sita Haran to Ravana's slaughter has been depicted in it. The film will be released on January 12 next year.

STORY OF ADIPURUSH : 

The writer and director of this movie is Om Raut. He wrote the story of this movie at the time of covid 19. The producer of the film is Bhushan Kumar. The total cost of making this movie is said to be Rs 500 crore. According to the report, it has also been learned that 250 crore rupees have been spent in this movie only on visual effects. Due to such a high budget, this movie has been included in the expensive budget movie.

BUDGET OF ADIPURUSH :

According to the information, the budget of Adipurush so far is 500 crores and if there is further increase in its budget then it can reach 600 crores or above. Rajamouli's RRR has been made in a budget of 550 crores. At the same time, the budget of Rajinikanth's film 2.0 was said to be 600 crores. In such a situation, it is being said that Adipurush can leave behind both these films.

RELEASE DATE OF ADIPURUSH:

Adipurush Movie will be released on 16 June 2023. The teaser of this movie has been officially released on YouTube. This movie has the story of Ramayana, in which Prabhas will appear in the role of Ram. The character of Ravana has been given to Saif Ali Khan, who is very scary. In the teaser, Ram, Lakshmana and Vanar Sena are shown going to Lanka to save Sita. Kriti Sanon is in the role of Sita.

'Adipurush', this word has been in a lot of discussion ever since the teaser of Prabhas' film Adipurush, where Saif Ali Khan is made Ravana and somewhere Hindu Gods and Goddesses. The film seems to be embroiled in controversies regarding many things including the dress. Viewers are disappointed to see Saif Ali Khan playing the role of Ravana. Viewers are strongly condemning Ravana's beard, somewhere Ravana's hairstyle and somewhere Ravana's plane Pushpak. Heavy VFX has been used in this film costing about 500 crores, which is not able to attract people. Seeing the use of such heavy VFX, the audience is calling it a cartoon film.
